To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 15 minutes into the match, Merrionette FC's goal looked a bit too open when Chadli Laura Douibi came free, but Anthar Metref reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Mimoun Khadra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rafik Abdessalam was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. A collision led to Bryn Mawr AFC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. René Djamel hit a great ball. Rachid Gaouaoui struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Rafik Abdessalam didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Merrionette FC. Mimoun Ouid Taha hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Rafik Abdessalam showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rachid Gaouaoui in the 67th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the game, Rachid Gaouaoui cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Rafik Abdessalam was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mimoun Khadra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafik Abdessalam having to interfere. When Rachid Gaouaoui came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Merrionette FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rachid Gaouaoui couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Bryn Mawr AFC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Rafik Zoheir Medjiba hit a great ball. Rafik Zoheir Medjiba kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Mimoun Khadra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Merrionette FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mimoun Khadra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rafik Abdessalam breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chadli Laura Douibi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Chadli Laura Douibi struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Anthar Metref didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bryn Mawr AFC. After some careless play in the Bryn Mawr AFC defense, Mimoun Khadra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rafik Abdessalam. The Bryn Mawr AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rafik Abdessalam should have stopped the shot. Merrionette FC's Mimoun Khadra got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rafik Abdessalam made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rachid Gaouaoui in the 96th minute of play.
