Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Encinitas's Halim Bencherif started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ali Hamouda kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. The supporters of Reed City booed when Encinitas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amine Khaldi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cherif Saci got free with Abd el Ihidjaten in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ahmed Kraouche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdel Hamid Benhamou having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Ahmed Kraouche got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amine Khaldi in the 32nd minute of play forced Reed City's goalkeeper Abdel Hamid Benhamou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmed Kraouche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mohamed Ben Ahmed Khendu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cherif Sacis short, quick shot in the 41stth minute got Abd el Ihidjaten to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ahmed Kraouche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Abdel Hamid Benhamou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abdulhamid Haddadj to make the kick off. Abd el Ihidjaten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jussef Dahleb in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of Encinitas booed when Reed City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boudjemaa Mansouri didn't get a good kick on the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Reed City's Abdulhamid Haddadj sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abd el Ihidjaten narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Abd el Ihidjaten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cherif Saci, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. François Macias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Abdel Hamid Benhamou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abdel Hamid Benhamou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Halim Bencherif, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Encinitas getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Ahmed Kraouche hit a great ball. In the 75th minute, Ahmed Kraouche ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abdel Hamid Benhamou was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Halim Bencherif sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 81 minutes into the game, Halim Bencherif recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Abdel Hamid Benhamou. Halim Bencherif showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Reed City's zone, Halim Bencherif stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdel Hamid Benhamou came out of the goal and Halim Bencherif tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amine Khaldi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdel Hamid Benhamou having to interfere. A collision led to Encinitas getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Nourredine El-Hadi hit a great ball. Encinitas played a much better game than Reed City and deserved their victory. The Reed City players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
