Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ali Belfaa kicked off to start the match. Redha Bensaoula showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Belfaa, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 8th minute, Dida Sahraoui hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yazid Madani took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kamel Guessoum. Portage's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Kamel Guessoum came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Tulia's Noureddine Maroc. But to his dismay, Noureddine Maroc quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 14 minutes into the match, Portage's goal looked a bit too open when Hocine Cohen came free, but Kamel Guessoum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Noureddine Maroc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tulia's Redha Bensaoula played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Belfaa in the 18th minute of play. Hocine Cohen got in the 23rd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Kamel Guessoum handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Rachid Khalef got the audience’s attention when, from a short distance, he fired away a great shot in the 29th minute of the game. The shot hit the left post and bounced out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Belfaa in the 34th minute of play forced Tulia's goalkeeper Redha Bensaoula to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Tulia's Hocine Megharia got a free kick in the 35th minute. Tulia's Redha Bensaoula proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Tulia from getting a goal against them. After having played for 42 minutes, Ali Belfaa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Portage's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Belfaa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Portage's Ali Belfaa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Redha Bensaoula narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Tulia's Charles Yahia got a free kick in the 44th minute. With a little luck, Tulia's Redha Bensaoula got control of the ball when Rachid Khalef tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Noureddine Maroc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Tulia were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hocine Cohen to make the kick off. Portage's Kamel Guessoum played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hocine Cohen in the 55th minute of play. A collision led to Portage getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Dida Sahraoui hit a great ball. A collision led to Tulia getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Maamar Sami Yachir hit a great ball. Ali Belfaa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hocine Cohen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Kamel Guessoum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Noureddine Maroc was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 67th minute. Tulia's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Hocine Cohen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Kamel Guessoum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Redha Bensaoula took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Belfaa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Redha Bensaoula made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rachid Khalef in the 75th minute of play. Kamel Guessoum was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Djamal Moussaoui showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 82 minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Ali Belfaa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Redha Bensaoula. Tulia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ali Belfaa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Hocine Cohen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Kamel Guessoum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cheb Azem struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Kamel Guessoum didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tulia. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Tulia eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
