Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Citrus Springs AFC's Ahmed Aarache started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the Closter defense, Kamel Ben Khalidi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abdellah Nabil. The Closter fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abdellah Nabil should have stopped the shot. Fadhil Hasni might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Smail Rahouli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fadhil Hasni ran back to his position shaking his head. Ahmed Aarache's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abdellah Nabil read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Kateb Saci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fadhil Hasnis short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Smail Rahouli to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Fadhil Hasni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Smail Rahouli having to interfere. 35 minutes into the game, Fadhil Hasni cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Smail Rahouli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 39 played minutes Citrus Springs AFC got a freekick which was hit by Kateb Saci. Smail Rahouli was out of position in the 45 minute of play, and Abdelhamid Amirouche capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Abdelhamid Amirouche really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abdelhamid Amirouche stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ahmed Aarache sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Closter's Ahmed Said got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Smail Rahouli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fadhil Hasni in the 61st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fadhil Hasni in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Smail Rahouli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 67 minutes into the game, Ahmed Aarache recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Abdellah Nabil. Ahmed Aarache showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. If Kamel Ben Khalidi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Citrus Springs AFC booed when Closter was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abd al-Asis Gaouaoui didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Kamel Ben Khalidi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Smail Rahouli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abd al-Asis Gaouaoui in the 85th minute of the match. Abdelhamid Amirouche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Smail Rahouli having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kamel Ben Khalidi got free with Abdellah Nabil in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
