In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Westchester FC's goalkeeper Abderaouf Mecherara, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 23rd match minute, Westchester FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehdi Boniche to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Brown Deer FC's Abdelmalek Cohen-Tannoudji broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. The wind increased when François Zitouni made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Brown Deer FC's Maïssa Bensaoula nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abderaouf Mecherara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 61 minutes into the match, Brown Deer FC's goalkeeper Jussef Ben Yacef had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karim Messaoudi. Kamel Djura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abderaouf Mecherara having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers François Zitouni in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jussef Ben Yacef saved Brown Deer FC from getting behind. Karim Messaoudi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jussef Ben Yacef having to interfere. Karim Messaoudi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Jussef Ben Yacef tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jussef Ben Yacef was out of position in the 98 minute of play, and François Zitouni capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal.
