Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Mourad Cohen-Tannoudji got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the game, Mourad Cohen-Tannoudji cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Nasser Bouzid was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nasser Bouzid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mourad Cohen-Tannoudji in the 10th minute of play. Mourad Cohen-Tannoudji received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Nasser Bouzid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 19 minutes, Belmadi Bilal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Santa Clara and the Somerset players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th minute, Belmadi Bilal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yacine Zitouni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 29 minutes into the match, Mourad Cohen-Tannoudji notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Somerset's Nasser Bouzid. Nasser Bouzid was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Ahmed Said had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Ahmed Said fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Abdelhamid Benhamou, passed just outside the right post. Nasser Bouzid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mourad Cohen-Tannoudji in the 36th minute of play. Rachid Cherrad blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nasser Bouzid having to make a save. Ahmed Said's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abdelhamid Benhamou read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ahmed Said made a kick off. A collision led to Santa Clara getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Mohammad Zitouni hit a great ball. Santa Clara's Abdelhamid Benhamou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hakim Belaout in the 63rd minute of play. A collision led to Somerset getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Medjadi Amri hit a great ball. After 66 played minutes, Santa Clara's Rabah El-Hadi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nasser Bouzid came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Santa Clara reached it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yacine Zitouni in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abdelhamid Benhamou saved Santa Clara from getting behind. With a little luck, Somerset's Nasser Bouzid got control of the ball when Rachid Cherrad tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmed Said in the 75th minute of play forced Santa Clara's goalkeeper Abdelhamid Benhamou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abdelhamid Benhamou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yacine Zitouni in the 79th minute of play. Abdelhamid Benhamou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yacine Zitouni in the 83rd minute of the match. Nasser Bouzid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mourad Cohen-Tannoudji, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Abdel Hamid Abbas lost his temper 90 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 89 minutes into the game, one of Santa Clara:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 94th minute, Yacine Zitouni ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abdelhamid Benhamou was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
