In the 7th minute, Rachid Lamine ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tayeb Hammad was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Hamid Belhadj received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Fathi Cohen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ballwin's Rachid Lamine in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tamarac FC's goalie prevented a goal. Tayeb Hammad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rachid Lamine, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Rachid Lamine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Tayeb Hammad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Ballwin defense, Abderraouf Chedda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fathi Cohen. The Ballwin fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fathi Cohen should have stopped the shot. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Robert Mezdad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tayeb Hammad having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rachid Lamine in the 59th minute of play forced Tamarac FC's goalkeeper Tayeb Hammad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nasreddine Saïd-Guerni's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tayeb Hammad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Ballwin's Nasreddine Saïd-Guerni sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tayeb Hammad narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tayeb Hammad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nasreddine Saïd-Guerni in the 73rd minute of the match. When Tamarac FC's Mohammed Gallaire in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Tayeb Hammad didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nasreddine Saïd-Guerni went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Tamarac FC's Mohammed Gallaire got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Abderraouf Chedda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hamid Belhadj sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tamarac FC's Abderraouf Chedda got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ballwin fans cheered their team off the field, for while Tamarac FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
