Fawzi Sellal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Abdellah Brahimi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fawzi Sellal having to make a save. Farid Merzekane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Fawzi Sellal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Hamza Bilal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honesdale AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hamza Bilal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abdelmalek Achiu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 32nd minute, Mourad Moussa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yacine Boniche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Abdelmalek Achiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erwin's Abdelmalek Achiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yacine Boniche in the 40th minute of play. Abdellah Brahimi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Fawzi Sellal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th match minute, Honesdale AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hamza Bilal to maneuver through the defense. In the 48th minute there was a penalty for Erwin. Ismaïl Hima stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Fawzi Sellal. 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

A hard shot 54 in the game by Farid Merzekane from a close distance when the talented Fawzi Sellal managed to make a qualified save. Honesdale AFC's players were relieved. Erwin's Abdelmalek Achiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mourad Moussa in the 58th minute of play. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Erwin's goalkeeper Abdelmalek Achiu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mourad Moussa hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Abdellah Brahimi took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Fawzi Sellal to make any attempt to save it. When Honesdale AFC's Zoheir Djebar in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Erwin's goalie prevented a goal. When Abdellah Brahimi came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Erwin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdellah Brahimi couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mimoun Akrour during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 81 minutes into the game, one of Honesdale AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Erwin's Abdelmalek Achiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mourad Moussa in the 97th minute of play.
