Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of The Reds booed when Ashland City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abd el Teissier didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 4 played minutes, The Reds's Mustapha Khelaifia shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mounir Assad came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in The Reds reached it. The Reds's Zoheir Drid got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mahieddine Djebbour scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cheb Benhabiles, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mahieddine Djebbour fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cheb Benhabiles having to interfere. When Mahieddine Djebbour came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Ashland City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mahieddine Djebbour couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ali Zarabi during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 32nd match minute, Ashland City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Zarabi to maneuver through the defense. Cheb Benhabiles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Djamel Kerbouche, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Zoheir Drid's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mounir Assad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mahieddine Djebbour to make the kick off. Cheb Benhabiles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mahieddine Djebbour in the 59th minute of the match. Djamel Kerbouche took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cheb Benhabiles. Cheb Benhabiles dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 66 minutes into the match, The Reds's goalkeeper Cheb Benhabiles had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Djamel Kerbouche. After 67 played minutes The Reds got a freekick which was hit by Mohammad Kaci Douibi. In the 68th minute Mahieddine Djebbour shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cheb Benhabiles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 70 played minutes Ashland City got a freekick which was hit by Djamel Kerbouche. In the 74th minute, Djamel Kerbouche ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cheb Benhabiles was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. If Abd el Teissier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cheb Benhabiles made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Djamel Kerbouche sent off a good shot on target. When Mahieddine Djebbour came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Ashland City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mahieddine Djebbour couldn't finish the play. In the 92nd minute, Ashland City's Abd el Teissier ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cheb Benhabiles. Cheb Benhabiles yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. In the 95th match minute, The Reds was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cherif Dib to maneuver through the defense. Ashland City's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
