Abdelkader Benida started the match with the kick off. Boudjemaa Boulmerka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nordine Zarabi having to interfere. Abdelhamid Zaoui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ali Camus received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ismael Zidane came out and tried to block the shot, but Ali Camus slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdelkader Benida in the 19th minute of play forced Ida Grove AFC's goalkeeper Nordine Zarabi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Mount Cobb FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Cheb Akrour hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the match, Mount Cobb FC's goalkeeper Ismael Zidane had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abdelhamid Zaoui. The audience was convinced that El Aribi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nordine Zarabi was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. After 29 played minutes Mount Cobb FC got a freekick which was hit by Mohammad Medjoudj. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Camus in the 30th minute of play forced Mount Cobb FC's goalkeeper Ismael Zidane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Djamal Fari hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Abdelkader Benida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nordine Zarabi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdelkader Benida in the 34th minute of the match. Ida Grove AFC's Nordine Zarabi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdelkader Benida in the 38th minute of play. Abdelhamid Zaoui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Ismael Zidane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mount Cobb FC's goalkeeper Ismael Zidane, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ali Camus was the one to do the kick off. Ismael Zidane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdelhamid Zaoui in the 60th minute of play. Mohammad Medjoudj kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abdelhamid Zaoui in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ismael Zidane saved Mount Cobb FC from getting behind. Nordine Zarabi made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Boudjemaa Boulmerka sent off a good shot on target. Abdelkader Benida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nordine Zarabi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdelkader Benida in the 68th minute of the match. After 74 played minutes Mount Cobb FC got a freekick which was hit by Rabah Radjef. Ismael Zidane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdelhamid Zaoui in the 76th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mount Cobb FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 79th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Ida Grove AFC a penalty, 80 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Fouad Dahleb, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Mount Cobb FC's Ismael Zidane. 2-0. Boudjemaa Boulmerka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Nordine Zarabi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boudjemaa Boulmerka had several of the Ida Grove AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 96 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Nordine Zarabi as he didn't even see the shot coming. Ida Grove AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
