After a defensive mix-up in Nahant FC's zone, Karim Macias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mourad Meniri came out of the goal and Karim Macias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 24th match minute, Oroville East was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdel Hamid Chaouchi to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 39 minutes, Abdellah Ghazi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nahant FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdellah Ghazi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 42 minutes into the game, Rachid Aboulker was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nahant FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Oroville East the free kick. The supporters of Oroville East booed when Nahant FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rachid Aboulker didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mourad Meniri made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Karim Macias sent off a good shot on target. If Karim Macias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Madjid Amri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mourad Meniri having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Madjid Amri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes, Daniel Bougherra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nahant FC and the Oroville East players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Bougherra got free with Mohammed Bouziane in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Madjid Amri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mourad Meniri having to make a save. Mohammed Bouziane made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Daniel Bougherra sent off a good shot on target. With an all-out effort, Nahant FC's Mohammed Bouziane threw himself towards the right post 99 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Toufik Ouyahia, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
