Hocine Bourebbou made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when El Yacine sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Mitchellville getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Hamza Mamouni hit a great ball. If Fadel Khaled had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Mitchellville's Abdel Chebal got control of the ball when Abdelmalek Bruel tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Krim Radjef had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute Krim Radjef shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdel Chebal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fadel Khaled received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Abdel Chebal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Abingdon left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Mitchellville.
