Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edmond Touhami kicked off to start the match. Mouloud Radjef took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kasdi Daham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mohammed Boulmerka struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Mouloud Radjef didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Horizon City AFC. Mouloud Radjef showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kasdi Daham, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After a rather tough play, Fort Stewart AFC's Hamid Kafi got a free kick in the 15th minute. When Hocine Dziri fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Horizon City AFC's protests and gave Hocine Dziri a yellow card for diving instead. Hocine Dziri kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Soltani Guendouz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Ali Morceli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute Kasdi Daham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mouloud Radjef saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26thth minute of the game Mohammed Boulmerka who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fort Stewart AFC's Mouloud Radjef was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fort Stewart AFC's Hamid Kafi got his second yellow card of the match in the 27th minute. The referee ordered Hamid Kafi off the ground. A collision led to Fort Stewart AFC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Hamid Kafi hit a great ball. Kasdi Daham scored 0-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mouloud Radjef, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Kasdi Daham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ali Morceli made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Soltani Guendouz sent off a good shot on target. Nasserredine Mhenni succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 40th playminute. Hocine Dziri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yacine Radjef walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kasdi Daham to make the kick off. Ali Bey hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 69th minute of the match, Kasdi Daham tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mouloud Radjef saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Kasdi Daham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Horizon City AFC's Mohammed Boulmerka got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 81 minutes of play, Fort Stewart AFC's Soltani Guendouz made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ali Morceli was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Horizon City AFC's Kasdi Daham, in the 85th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Horizon City AFC. Abdelhamid Kourichi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Fort Stewart AFC's Mouloud Radjef got control of the ball when Mohammed Boulmerka tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Soltani Guendouz came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Fort Stewart AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Soltani Guendouz couldn't finish the play. René Khalef's late challenge caught a Horizon City AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. René Khalef helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Horizon City AFC booed when Fort Stewart AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. René Khalef didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mohammed Boulmerka took the ball and in the 100 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mouloud Radjef. Mouloud Radjef dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
