In the 7th match minute, Lake Havasu City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mounir Zidān to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Redha Al-Jazairia in the 10th minute really tested Lazhar Zahouania's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Lazhar Zahouania took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hemza Ben Khalidi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Abderrahmane Horr managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lake Havasu City's supporters rose to their feet, but Abderrahmane Horr was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abderraouf Hamouda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 19th minute Abderrahmane Horr shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abderraouf Hamouda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lake Havasu City's Mounir Zidān got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Abderrahmane Horr came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Lake Havasu City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abderrahmane Horr couldn't finish the play. If Hamid Boulahfane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mounir Zidān sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hemza Ben Khalidi was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 31st minute. Georgiana AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 34 minutes into the match, Lake Havasu City's Abderrahmane Horr sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abderraouf Hamouda narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 35 minutes into the match, Lake Havasu City's goal looked a bit too open when Hemza Ben Khalidi came free, but Lazhar Zahouania reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fodil Benchenaa kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Lazhar Zahouania made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Redha Al-Jazairia in the 40th minute of play. Karim Deghmani hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After having played for 44 minutes, Redha Al-Jazairia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Georgiana AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Redha Al-Jazairia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hemza Ben Khalidi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Abderrahmane Horr struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Abderraouf Hamouda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lake Havasu City. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hemza Ben Khalidi to strike the kick off in the second half. If Hamid Boulahfane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Abderrahmane Horr came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Lake Havasu City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abderrahmane Horr couldn't finish the play. Abderrahmane Horr's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abderraouf Hamouda read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. If Hemza Ben Khalidi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Georgiana AFC's zone, Abderrahmane Horr stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abderraouf Hamouda came out of the goal and Abderrahmane Horr tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hamid Boulahfane could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Abderraouf Hamouda made a huge save. In the 65th minute, Abderrahmane Horr made a precise shot to the right of Abderraouf Hamouda. Georgiana AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Abderrahmane Horr in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Abderraouf Hamouda, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Lake Havasu City getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Mounir Zidān hit a great ball. Abderrahmane Horr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abderraouf Hamouda having to interfere. Lake Havasu City's Lazhar Zahouania played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rabah Ramdani in the 84th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Abderrahmane Horr reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Abderraouf Hamouda. The goal made the score 2-2. Abderraouf Hamouda made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Abderrahmane Horr sent off a good shot on target. Mounir Zidān might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abderraouf Hamouda. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mounir Zidān ran back to his position shaking his head. Georgiana AFC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Lake Havasu City had controlled the match.
