Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Mohamed Hima made the kick off and thus started the match. After a defensive mix-up in Americus's zone, Mehdi Ouadah stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nouredine Mekhloufi came out of the goal and Mehdi Ouadah tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 6 minutes into the match, Santaquin AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Mohamed Hima came free, but Lakhdar Sad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lakhdar Sad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Madjid Mhenni, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Mehdi Ouadah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nouredine Mekhloufi having to interfere. Mohamed Hima scored 0-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lakhdar Sad, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lakhdar Sad came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Americus's Madjid Mhenni. But to his dismay, Madjid Mhenni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Mohamed Hima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lakhdar Sad having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Santaquin AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Madjid Mhenni came free, but Lakhdar Sad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Madjid Mhenni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Mohamed Hima's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lakhdar Sad was relentless in the 48th minute of the game.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mehdi Ouadah made a kick off. Mourad Zarabi charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mourad Zarabi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mourad Zarabi kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After 65 minutes of play, Santaquin AFC's Mehdi Ouadah made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nouredine Mekhloufi was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Santaquin AFC! Mehdi Ouadah recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Santaquin AFC's Said Djamel broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 82 minutes, Mustapha Feraoun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Americus and the Santaquin AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 82nd minute, Mustapha Feraoun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lakhdar Sad was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and Mohamed Hima capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mohamed Hima really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Bouzid in the 90th minute of play forced Americus's goalkeeper Nouredine Mekhloufi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ali Bouzid recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ali Bouzid struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Nouredine Mekhloufi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Santaquin AFC. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mohamed Hima got free with Lakhdar Sad in the 99th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Santaquin AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Americus's performance. The match ended with a win for Americus.
