Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mohammad Kaci Medjani took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 6 minutes, Abd al-Asis Aribi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fort Carson AFC and the Hornell players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 6th minute, Abd al-Asis Aribi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nassim Adjaoud's late challenge caught a Fort Carson AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nassim Adjaoud helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Hornell getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Boughera Sifi hit a great ball. Belmadi Saïdi-Sief fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdelaziz Kafi having to interfere. In the 24th match minute, Fort Carson AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abd al-Asis Aribi to maneuver through the defense. After 25 played minutes, Hornell's Hachemi Brahimi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ali Bouzid came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hornell reached it. After having played for 30 minutes, Mohammad Kaci Medjani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hornell's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mohammad Kaci Medjani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 32 minutes into the game, Hornell's Brahim Djeziri nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ali Bouzid made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 34th minute Cheb Larbes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdelaziz Kafi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abdelaziz Kafi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Belmadi Saïdi-Sief went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Abdelaziz Kafi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cheb Larbes, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cheb Larbes to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Mourad Chedda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cheb Amri in the 61st minute of play forced Hornell's goalkeeper Abdelaziz Kafi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 63 played minutes Fort Carson AFC got a freekick which was hit by Cheb Amri. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Mohammad Kaci Medjani managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hornell's supporters rose to their feet, but Mohammad Kaci Medjani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ali Bouzid breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hornell's goalkeeper Abdelaziz Kafi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fort Carson AFC's Cheb Larbes got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cheb Amri struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Abdelaziz Kafi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fort Carson AFC. Mohammad Kaci Medjani was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 73rd minute. Hornell's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a rather tough play, Fort Carson AFC's Cheb Amri got a free kick in the 76th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Cheb Larbes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abdelaziz Kafi. Hornell's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cheb Larbes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. In the 85thth minute of the game Belmadi Saïdi-Sief who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hornell's Abdelaziz Kafi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fort Carson AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Khalida Belmadi in the 88th minute. The corner led Fort Carson AFC's Khalida Belmadi to fire away a dangerous shot which Abdelaziz Kafi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Fort Carson AFC's Belmadi Saïdi-Sief sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abdelaziz Kafi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ali Bouzid took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mohammad Kaci Medjani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abdelaziz Kafi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Belmadi Saïdi-Sief's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Fort Carson AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
