Spectators: 8 (Terracing: 0, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Leon Zaoui made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 4th match minute, Sporting Clube de Maputo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nouredine Belfaa to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Sporting Clube de Maputo's Ahmed Sadmi got a free kick in the 8th minute. Kateb Cherrad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdulhamid Souakri in the 10th minute of play. When Nouredine Belfaa fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sporting Clube de Maputo's protests and gave Nouredine Belfaa a yellow card for diving instead. After 11 played minutes Sporting Clube de Maputo got a freekick which was hit by Nouredine Belfaa. Abd al-Asis Djebbour hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Abdulhamid Souakri hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Ahmed Sadmi hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After 19 played minutes Sporting Clube de Maputo got a freekick which was hit by Ahmed Sadmi. Pacific AFC's Amar Cherfa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Pacific AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 24th minute Medjadi Madani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kateb Cherrad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leon Zaoui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Amar Cherfa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cheb Hadj Aïssa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amar Cherfa having to interfere. When Abdulhamid Souakri fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pacific AFC's protests and gave Abdulhamid Souakri a yellow card for diving instead. Abdulhamid Souakri hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute, Abd al-Asis Djebbour hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kateb Cherrad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abd al-Asis Djebbour in the 39th minute of play. After 40 minutes of play, Pacific AFC's Abdelaziz Bahari made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kateb Cherrad was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Cheb Hadj Aïssa came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Sporting Clube de Maputo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cheb Hadj Aïssa couldn't finish the play. If Leon Zaoui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Medjadi Madani made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Abdelaziz Bahari managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pacific AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdelaziz Bahari was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Abdelaziz Bahari sped through Sporting Clube de Maputo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kateb Cherrad. 62 minutes into the game, Abdulhamid Souakri recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kateb Cherrad. Abdulhamid Souakri showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdulhamid Souakri in the 65th minute of play forced Sporting Clube de Maputo's goalkeeper Kateb Cherrad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abdelaziz Bahari got free with Kateb Cherrad in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kateb Cherrad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Medjadi Madani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sporting Clube de Maputo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Abdulhamid Souakri scored to the left of an out of position Kateb Cherrad, making the score, 0-5. 78 minutes into the match, Abdulhamid Souakri notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Sporting Clube de Maputo's Kateb Cherrad. Kateb Cherrad was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sporting Clube de Maputo's Kateb Cherrad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Sporting Clube de Maputo from getting a goal against them. Kateb Cherrad was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Abdulhamid Souakri showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 90 minute of play. Pacific AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
