Hocine Megharia struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Zoheir Sadmi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pueblo West FC. In the 12th minute of the match, Ismael Lelouch got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ahmed Lamine Kab was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 16 minutes, Abdellah Medjadi Seghiri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pueblo West FC and the Watkins Glen players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th match minute, Pueblo West FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdellah Medjadi Seghiri to maneuver through the defense. Zoheir Sadmi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hocine Megharia in the 18th minute of play. Tedj Zarabi kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. The audience held their breath when Karim Oussalah in the 28th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Ahmed Lamine Kab's left hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walid Feraoun in the 40th minute of play forced Watkins Glen's goalkeeper Zoheir Sadmi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pueblo West FC's Ahmed Lamine Kab proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Pueblo West FC from getting a goal against them. If Ismael Lelouch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zīn ud-Dīn Amara in the 47th minute of play forced Pueblo West FC's goalkeeper Ahmed Lamine Kab to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

54 minutes into the game, Ismael Lelouch cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Ahmed Lamine Kab was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ismael Lelouch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Ahmed Lamine Kab tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th minute Ismael Lelouch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmed Lamine Kab saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Zīn ud-Dīn Amara came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Watkins Glen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zīn ud-Dīn Amara couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mohammed Khalef during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 62 played minutes Pueblo West FC got a freekick which was hit by Mohammed Khalef. When Hocine Megharia came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Pueblo West FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hocine Megharia couldn't finish the play. Ismael Lelouch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmed Lamine Kab having to interfere. Ahmed Lamine Kab stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ismael Lelouch's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. After a rather tough play, Pueblo West FC's Noureddine Sadaoui got a free kick in the 69th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zīn ud-Dīn Amara in the 76th minute of play forced Pueblo West FC's goalkeeper Ahmed Lamine Kab to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Zoheir Sadmi managed to avoid a goal in the 81stth minute, when Pueblo West FC's Walid Feraoun fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 83 minutes into the game, Pueblo West FC's Walid Feraoun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zoheir Sadmi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3.
