Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Yazid Boulmerka took the kick off in the first half of the match. Cheb Khaldi hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Yazid Boulmerka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Redlands's Fodil Dahleb pulled a muscle in his back after 9 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ahmed Megharia during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ahmed Megharia kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Khalida Boniche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lili Hima, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. With a little luck, Palmdale East's Daniel Lacen got control of the ball when Kader Raho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Khalida Boniche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lili Hima in the 18th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Yazid Boulmerka had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Khalida Boniche. Redlands's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yazid Boulmerka was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Lili Hima struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Khalida Boniche didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palmdale East. Yazid Boulmerka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Redlands's Khalida Boniche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yazid Boulmerka in the 37th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lili Hima in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Khalida Boniche prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Yazid Boulmerka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kader Raho was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th match minute, Palmdale East was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daho Laref to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Lacen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kader Raho in the 60th minute of play. Palmdale East's Ahmed Megharia got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 65 minutes into the match, Redlands's goalkeeper Khalida Boniche had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lili Hima. Khalida Boniche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmed Megharia, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 67th match minute, Redlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cherif Khelaifia to maneuver through the defense. If Yazid Boulmerka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Khalida Boniche was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Yazid Boulmerka showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 72 minute of play. If Yazid Boulmerka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Lili Hima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lili Hima could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Khalida Boniche made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yazid Boulmerka in the 91st minute of play forced Redlands's goalkeeper Khalida Boniche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lili Hima blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Khalida Boniche having to make a save. Palmdale East played a much better game than Redlands and deserved their victory. The Redlands players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
