Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Amar Maroc started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Tayeb Derrida made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amar Maroc in the 4th minute. 5 minutes into the match, Grove City FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo-Enrique Perfumo came free, but Tayeb Derrida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isac Joanță took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mohammad Kaci Massi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, West Caldwell AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Souad Mansouri came free, but Isac Joanță reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Grove City FC's Tayeb Derrida got control of the ball when Amar Maroc tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tayeb Derrida made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Amar Maroc sent off a good shot on target. After 20th play minutes Ramon Garcia shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Tayeb Derrida and just under the crossbar into goal. Tayeb Derrida came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by West Caldwell AFC's Alain Azzizi-Kettab. But to his dismay, Alain Azzizi-Kettab quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. If Ramon Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Grove City FC's zone, Pablo-Enrique Perfumo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tayeb Derrida came out of the goal and Pablo-Enrique Perfumo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Isac Joanță showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mohammad Kaci Massi, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Alain Azzizi-Kettab's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tayeb Derrida read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mohammad Kaci Massi to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Mohammad Kaci Massi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Hemza Nabil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 67 minutes, Souad Mansouri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Grove City FC and the West Caldwell AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Grove City FC's Souad Mansouri got a free kick in the 67th minute. 78 minutes into the game, Amar Maroc was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. West Caldwell AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Grove City FC the free kick. The supporters of Grove City FC booed when West Caldwell AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amar Maroc didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Grove City FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Sid Chadl hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute, Pablo-Enrique Perfumo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 86th minute, Pablo-Enrique Perfumo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mamaar Apap kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. If Amar Maroc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 94 minutes into the match, West Caldwell AFC's Pablo-Enrique Perfumo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tayeb Derrida narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The West Caldwell AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Grove City FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
