Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mohammad Kaci Massi took the kick off in the first half of the match. Grove City FC's Daho Mamouni got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 6th minute, Mohammad Kaci Massi fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 8th minute Mohammad Kaci Massi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehdi Amri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mahmoud Boulmerka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 13 minutes, Daho Mamouni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grove City FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daho Mamouni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mahmoud Boulmerka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tayeb Derrida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mahmoud Boulmerka in the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Mahmoud Boulmerka had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tayeb Derrida. Grove City FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mahmoud Boulmerka was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Mahmoud Boulmerka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmed Ammour hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Rachid Mekhloufi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Tayeb Derrida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 33rd minute by Mohammad Kaci Massi got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Mohammad Kaci Massi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Mehdi Amri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Morse Shores AFC's zone, Daho Mamouni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehdi Amri came out of the goal and Daho Mamouni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tayeb Derrida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rachid Mekhloufi in the 45th minute of play. 48 minutes into the match, Grove City FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mahmoud Boulmerka came free, but Tayeb Derrida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rachid Mekhloufi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Mahmoud Boulmerka left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Morse Shores AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 59th minute, Mohammad Kaci Massi made a precise shot to the right of Mehdi Amri. Morse Shores AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Daho Mamouni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ahmed Ammour kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 69th minute of the match Abdelhamid Zahouania shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tayeb Derrida showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Daho Mamouni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehdi Amri having to interfere. Mahmoud Boulmerka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Morse Shores AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Morse Shores AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
