Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rachid Larbes started the match with the kick off. Rachid Larbes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rachid Larbes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lakhdar Lamine Kab during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 25 minutes into the game, Ahmed Hamrouche was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RPA Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Euclid FC the free kick. The supporters of Euclid FC booed when RPA Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmed Hamrouche didn't get a good kick on the ball. RPA Club's René Bouazza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mebarek Bella in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmed Hamrouche in the 31st minute of play forced Euclid FC's goalkeeper Kamel Benyamina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. René Bouazza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rachid Larbes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rachid Larbes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but René Bouazza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Rachid Larbes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Euclid FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rachid Larbes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. René Bouazza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmed Hamrouche was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Euclid FC defense, Robert Chedda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kamel Benyamina. The Euclid FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kamel Benyamina should have stopped the shot. 60 minutes into the game, Euclid FC's Rachid Larbes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. René Bouazza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Mebarek Bella managed to get in a good position for a shot. Euclid FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mebarek Bella was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. René Bouazza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 78th minute Mebarek Bella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but René Bouazza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lakhdar Lamine Kab hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Rachid Larbes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Euclid FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rachid Larbes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. René Bouazza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rachid Larbes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mebarek Bella struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. René Bouazza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Euclid FC. 85 minutes into the match, Ahmed Hamrouche dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kamel Benyamina, 1-2. After 89 minutes, Mebarek Bella mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Euclid FC and the RPA Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 89 played minutes Euclid FC got a freekick which was hit by Mebarek Bella. Robert Chedda's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 91stth minute, Kamel Benyamina skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, RPA Club's Chadli Amri got a free kick in the 92nd minute. During the 93rd minute of the match Ahmed Hamrouche completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ahmed Hamrouche a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 94th match minute, RPA Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmed Hamrouche to maneuver through the defense. René Bouazza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rachid Larbes in the 95th minute of the match. If Rachid Larbes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Euclid FC lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
