Oradell's supporters rose to their feet, but Camel Belmellat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tedj Ouadah breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Charles Rimitti fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored East Hemet's protests and gave Charles Rimitti a yellow card for diving instead. In the 32nd minute, one of East Hemet:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for East Hemet. 1-0 came through a penalty shot after 34 played minutes, when Oradell:s Cheb Boniche calmly waited for East Hemet:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. Fodil Fanon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Fodil Fanon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oradell's Camel Belmellat was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 44th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jussef Ben Adjani to strike the kick off in the second half. Oradell's Chadli Yahia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Oradell from getting a goal against them.
