Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Orchards North AFC's Ahmed Raï started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Abdelhamid Boutabout fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdel Bougherra having to interfere. Abdellah Bahari kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Kasdi Kensi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Orchards North AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kasdi Kensi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mourad Nabil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Ahmed Raï took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Mourad Nabil to make any attempt to save it. Mourad Nabil made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Kasdi Kensi sent off a good shot on target. If Mohammad Djamel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orchards North AFC's Abdel Bougherra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mohammad Djamel in the 23rd minute of play. Abdel Bougherra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mohammad Djamel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Lafayette's zone, Ahmed Raï stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mourad Nabil came out of the goal and Ahmed Raï tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mourad Nabil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmed Raï in the 33rd minute of the match. Abdel Bougherra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mohammad Djamel, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Mohamed Ben Amri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mourad Nabil having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmed Raï in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mourad Nabil prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

A collision led to Orchards North AFC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Salim Lamine Kab hit a great ball. If Abdelhamid Boutabout had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience held their breath when Abd el Meriem in the 65th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Mourad Nabil's left hand side. The audience was convinced that Ahmed Raï's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mourad Nabil was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. If Kasdi Kensi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mohammad Djamel during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mohammad Djamel kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the game, Tayeb Achiou was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lafayette's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Orchards North AFC the free kick. Tayeb Achiou hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute, Bendjedid Hamouda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. El Abbas kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Abdelhamid Boutabout managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lafayette's supporters rose to their feet, but Abdelhamid Boutabout was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mohammad Djamel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abdel Bougherra having to make a save. In the 95th minute, Jean-Baptiste Mohand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Lafayette's Mourad Zarabi tried to score from far away in the 96th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Lafayette players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Orchards North AFC.
