An unexpectedly hard shot by Mourad Timsit in the 6th minute of play forced Cape Canaveral FC's goalkeeper Salah Chedda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Cape Canaveral FC's Salah Chedda got control of the ball when Albert Belkhadem tried to sneak it across the goal line. Salah Chedda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mourad Timsit in the 10th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cape Canaveral FC's Benamar Djura got a free kick in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mourad Timsit in the 14th minute of play forced Cape Canaveral FC's goalkeeper Salah Chedda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 played minutes Cape Canaveral FC got a freekick which was hit by Rachid Rimitti. Mourad Timsit charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mourad Timsit the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Belkhadem in the 20th minute of play forced Cape Canaveral FC's goalkeeper Salah Chedda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salah Chedda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mourad Timsit's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Albert Belkhadem managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zebulon AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Albert Belkhadem was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Salah Chedda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 28th match minute, Cape Canaveral FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rachid Rimitti to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mourad Timsit in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Salah Chedda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Albert Belkhadem had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Zebulon AFC's Mourad Timsit in the 37th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Salah Chedda was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Cape Canaveral FC through an amazing save. Albert Belkhadem could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Salah Chedda made a huge save. Nouredine Ahmed kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mourad Timsit to make the kick off. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 51st minute of the game. One of Zebulon AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cape Canaveral FC:s goal. Zebulon AFC's Abdelaziz Hamrouche proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Zebulon AFC from getting a goal against them. Ahmed Brahami sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ali Badis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Abdelaziz Hamrouche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute Ahmed Brahami shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdelaziz Hamrouche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cape Canaveral FC's Salah Chedda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Belkhadem in the 71st minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Nouredine Ahmed collided with one of Cape Canaveral FC's players - so bad that he fractured his nose. When Benamar Djura fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cape Canaveral FC's protests and gave Benamar Djura a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Zebulon AFC booed when Cape Canaveral FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benamar Djura didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Albert Belkhadem managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zebulon AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Albert Belkhadem was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When Mourad Timsit was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 86 minutes had been played. In the 90th minute Albert Belkhadem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salah Chedda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ali Aït Salem hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The Cape Canaveral FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Cape Canaveral FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
