Sterling's Noureddine Amirouche got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rabah Chadl kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After 13 minutes, Rabah Chadl mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hewlett and the Sterling players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rabah Chadl hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Hewlett's zone, Noureddine Amirouche stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ismael Fergani came out of the goal and Noureddine Amirouche tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hamid Bencherif kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Mohamed Merah-Benida got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Noureddine Amirouche in the 25th minute of play forced Hewlett's goalkeeper Ismael Fergani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the game, Hamid Bencherif was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sterling's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hewlett the free kick. 29 minutes into the match, Noureddine Amirouche notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Hewlett's Ismael Fergani. Ismael Fergani was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 32nd minute, Karim Zaaboub got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ismael Fergani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karim Zaaboub in the 35th minute of play. Ismael Fergani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noureddine Amirouche, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Sterling's goalkeeper Faouzi Madjer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amine Nabil. Mohamed Merah-Benida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Karim Zaaboub came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Sterling fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karim Zaaboub couldn't finish the play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mohamed Merah-Benida made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Sterling's zone, Amine Nabil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faouzi Madjer came out of the goal and Amine Nabil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 54 played minutes Sterling got a freekick which was hit by Mansour Bruel. Amine Nabil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Faouzi Madjer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the last second Ismael Fergani throw himself and got hold of the ball when Noureddine Amirouche in the 61stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 64th minute, Amine Nabil made a precise shot to the right of Faouzi Madjer. Sterling's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Ismael Fergani was out of position in the 67 minute of play, and Noureddine Amirouche capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Noureddine Amirouche really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. When Mohamed Merah-Benida came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Hewlett fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mohamed Merah-Benida couldn't finish the play. Ismael Fergani made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Karim Zaaboub sent off a good shot on target. Hewlett's Mohamed Merah-Benida got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Faouzi Madjer came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Hewlett's Amine Nabil. But to his dismay, Amine Nabil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Amine Nabil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faouzi Madjer having to interfere. Mohamed Merah-Benida charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mohamed Merah-Benida the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mohamed Merah-Benida hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Karim Zaaboub received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ismael Fergani came out and tried to block the shot, but Karim Zaaboub slotted it home off the left post making it 3-4 in the 94th minute. In the 97th minute Mohamed Merah-Benida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faouzi Madjer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
