West Jordan FC's Benamar Kheyari got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ahmed Dahleb fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Farès Azzizi-Kettab having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in SWS's zone, Benamar Kheyari stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mohamed Halimi came out of the goal and Benamar Kheyari tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 24th minute, Mahieddine Karim Belkassem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Farès Azzizi-Kettab made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ben Drid in the 25th minute. Fouad Brahami hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Benamar Kheyari might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mohamed Halimi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benamar Kheyari ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as SWS's Ahmed Dahleb slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Farès Azzizi-Kettab. That made the score 1-0 after 31 minutes of play. After 34 played minutes, West Jordan FC's Ahmed Zaoui shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mohamed Halimi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in West Jordan FC reached it. Ahmed Dahleb struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Farès Azzizi-Kettab didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SWS. Mahieddine Karim Belkassem took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mohamed Halimi. Mohamed Halimi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The supporters of SWS booed when West Jordan FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mahieddine Karim Belkassem didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 48 played minutes Ahmed Dahleb rounded West Jordan FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ahmed Dahleb to make the kick off. Mohamed Halimi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mohamed Halimi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nordine Zidane, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 66 minutes into the match, West Jordan FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ben Drid came free, but Farès Azzizi-Kettab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
