Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Mohamed Kouidri made the kick off which started today's match. Mahmoud Nima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chadli Khaldi having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hamid Ibrir during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hamid Ibrir hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Chadli Khaldi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Muhammad Ghazi, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute there was a penalty for London City. Rabah Diss stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Chadli Khaldi. 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mahmoud Nima in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chadli Khaldi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Muhammad Ghazi in the 19th minute of play forced Gillette's goalkeeper Chadli Khaldi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mahmoud Nima recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chadli Khaldi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Muhammad Ghazi's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. In the 28th minute, Mahmoud Nima ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Chadli Khaldi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 33 minutes into the match, Gillette's goal looked a bit too open when Mahmoud Nima came free, but Chadli Khaldi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chadli Khaldi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. London City's Muhammad Ghazi managed to work through Gillette's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Muhammad Ghazi dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Chadli Khaldi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Muhammad Ghazi in the 46th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the game, Fadhil Kafi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gillette's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave London City the free kick. After 47 played minutes Gillette got a freekick which was hit by Fadhil Kafi. When Abdulhamid Arrache fell near the penalty area in the 50th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gillette's protests and gave Abdulhamid Arrache a yellow card for diving instead. Chadli Khaldi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rabah Diss in the 51st minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Muhammad Ghazi made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Mahmoud Nima got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of London City booed when Gillette was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cheikha Bruel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mahmoud Nima recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 59th minute, Mahmoud Nima reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Chadli Khaldi. The goal made the score 0-3. Hamid Piaf hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Muhammad Ghazi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. London City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Muhammad Ghazi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mohamed Massi hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Muhammad Ghazi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Gillette's zone, Mahmoud Nima stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chadli Khaldi came out of the goal and Mahmoud Nima tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abdulhamid Arrache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Meziane Khalef having to interfere. Chadli Khaldi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Muhammad Ghazi in the 94th minute of play. In the 100th minute, Mohamed Kouidri ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Meziane Khalef was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. London City's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
