Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Hamdani took the kick off in the first half of the match. St. Helens AFC's Hameur Morceli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mouloud Cavalli in the 3rd minute of play. 3 minutes into the game, one of Nathan FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Hameur Morceli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fadel Saïdi-Sief, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Daniel Hamdani struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Abdelmalek Kouidri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for St. Helens AFC. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Abderrachid Djura managed to get in a good position for a shot. St. Helens AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Abderrachid Djura was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abdelmalek Kouidri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th minute, Mouloud Cavalli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Fadel Saïdi-Sief had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in St. Helens AFC's zone, Mouloud Cavalli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hameur Morceli came out of the goal and Mouloud Cavalli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hameur Morceli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fadel Saïdi-Sief, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. St. Helens AFC's Hameur Morceli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mouloud Cavalli in the 23rd minute of play. After 23 played minutes St. Helens AFC got a freekick which was hit by Benamar Horr. Smail Hamdani's late challenge caught a St. Helens AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Smail Hamdani helped the player get up and apologised. After 29 played minutes Nathan FC got a freekick which was hit by Smail Hamdani. Hameur Morceli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hakim Hima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hameur Morceli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mouloud Cavalli in the 36th minute of the match. Fadel Saïdi-Sief received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Hameur Morceli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Leon Abrika fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nathan FC's protests and gave Leon Abrika a yellow card for diving instead. After 48 played minutes Nathan FC got a freekick which was hit by Leon Abrika. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mouloud Cavalli made a kick off. Abderrachid Djura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdelmalek Kouidri having to interfere. In the 75th minute Daniel Hamdani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdelmalek Kouidri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fadel Saïdi-Sief sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 79 minutes into the game, Hakim Hima was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nathan FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave St. Helens AFC the free kick. A collision led to Nathan FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Hakim Hima hit a great ball. After having played for 81 minutes, Fadel Saïdi-Sief managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nathan FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fadel Saïdi-Sief was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Nathan FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Souad Hima hit a great ball. Fadel Saïdi-Sief received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Hameur Morceli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fadel Saïdi-Sief could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Hameur Morceli made a huge save. Mouloud Cavalli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, St. Helens AFC's Hameur Morceli got control of the ball when Fadel Saïdi-Sief tried to sneak it across the goal line.
