Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Mustapha Ihidjaten got the match started through his kick off. In the 4thth minute of the game Daniel Hamdani who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but South Daytona's Nourredine Lemoui was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustapha Ihidjaten in the 6th minute of play forced St. Helens AFC's goalkeeper Hameur Morceli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute, Abderrachid Djura ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nourredine Lemoui was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Nourredine Lemoui made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abderrachid Djura in the 13th minute. After having played for 15 minutes, Djamal Kermali managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. South Daytona's supporters crossed their fingers, but Djamal Kermali was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hameur Morceli came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by South Daytona's Mustapha Ihidjaten. But to his dismay, Mustapha Ihidjaten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. South Daytona's Nourredine Lemoui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Hamdani in the 25th minute of play. After 27 minutes of play, South Daytona's Mustapha Ihidjaten made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hameur Morceli was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Daniel Hamdani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Djamal Kermali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Abderrachid Djura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Said Dahar fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored South Daytona's protests and gave Said Dahar a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, South Daytona's Said Dahar got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Abdelaziz Ziani came free in the 44th minute and tried to tip the ball over Nourredine Lemoui, but to the joy of South Daytona's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. Daniel Hamdani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Nourredine Lemoui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Hamdani made a kick off. After 56 played minutes St. Helens AFC got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Hamdani. After a rather tough play, St. Helens AFC's Madjid Lamine got a free kick in the 64th minute. Nourredine Lemoui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Hamdani, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. If Djamal Kermali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abderrachid Djura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nourredine Lemoui having to interfere. After a rather tough play, St. Helens AFC's Daniel Hamdani got a free kick in the 77th minute. After a defensive mix-up in South Daytona's zone, Daniel Hamdani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nourredine Lemoui came out of the goal and Daniel Hamdani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hameur Morceli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Djamal Kermali in the 82nd minute. If Abderrachid Djura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mohamed Benmabrouk's late challenge caught a St. Helens AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mohamed Benmabrouk helped the player get up and apologised. After 92 played minutes South Daytona got a freekick which was hit by Mohamed Benmabrouk. Daniel Hamdani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Nourredine Lemoui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched South Daytona eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
