Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 10thth minute of the game Mohamed Djeballi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Burleson FC's Yazid Mansouri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Yazid Mansouri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jean Ben Khalidi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Houari Akrour had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karim Belkheir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Walid Ali made a huge save. When Mohamed Djeballi came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Clinton fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mohamed Djeballi couldn't finish the play. After having played for 19 minutes, Houari Akrour managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Burleson FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Houari Akrour was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Clinton's Jean Ben Khalidi in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Burleson FC's goalie prevented a goal. Burleson FC's Yazid Mansouri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mohamed Djeballi in the 23rd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Clinton's goal looked a bit too open when Houari Akrour came free, but Walid Ali reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Houari Akrour managed to get in a good position for a shot. Burleson FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Houari Akrour was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Walid Ali breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Houari Akrour had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 43 minutes, Mohamed Djeballi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clinton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mohamed Djeballi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Burleson FC's Belaid Zitouni got a free kick in the 44th minute. Mohamed Djeballi struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Yazid Mansouri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Clinton. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jean Ben Khalidi was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Burleson FC's Karim Belkheir sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Walid Ali narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Houari Akrour fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walid Ali having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Clinton fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 62nd minute. Penalty! 67 minutes into the game, Ahmed Messaoud was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Burleson FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Clinton the free kick. When the match clock showed 75 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Houari Akrour sped through Clinton's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Walid Ali. A collision led to Clinton getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Tayeb Madjer hit a great ball. In the 80th minute Karim Belkheir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walid Ali saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mohamed Djeballi scored 2-2 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yazid Mansouri, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Mohamed Djeballi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
