Ahmed Megharia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ismael Brahami made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lili Hamouda in the 11th minute of play. Salah Zeghdoud hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Garden View's Ismael Brahami played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean Moussa in the 15th minute of play. Ferhat Bouazza's late challenge caught a Garden View's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ferhat Bouazza helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Garden View booed when Floresville AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferhat Bouazza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Garden View's Ismael Brahami proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Garden View from getting a goal against them. Mohammed Assad might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ismael Brahami. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mohammed Assad ran back to his position shaking his head. Ismael Brahami took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mohammed Assad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Lili Hamouda came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Floresville AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lili Hamouda couldn't finish the play. Ahmed Megharia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cheb Zidane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jean Moussa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lili Hamouda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ismael Brahami having to interfere. Mahmoud Achiou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cheb Zidane stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ahmed Megharia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cheb Zidane, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Ismael Brahami showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mohammed Assad in the 55th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Floresville AFC's Mohammed Assad sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ismael Brahami narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Floresville AFC's zone, Cheb Zidane stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmed Megharia came out of the goal and Cheb Zidane tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 62nd minute, Cheb Zidane fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ahmed Megharia, passed just outside the right post. 64 minutes into the game, one of Floresville AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Mohammed Assad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute, Lili Hamouda made a precise shot to the right of Ismael Brahami. Garden View's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. In the 82nd match minute, Garden View was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salah Zeghdoud to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Garden View booed when Floresville AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albert Zitouni didn't get a good kick on the ball.
