When Boudjemaa Abdi came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the East Porterville FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Boudjemaa Abdi couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Mourad Macias sped through East Porterville FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Madjid Kerkar. In the 34th minute, Ali Boniche got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in New Cordell's zone, Ali Boniche stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nasserredine Bouguerra came out of the goal and Ali Boniche tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nasserredine Bouguerra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Boniche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in East Porterville FC's zone, Belmadi Benmabrouk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Madjid Kerkar came out of the goal and Belmadi Benmabrouk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Belmadi Benmabrouk made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Ali Boniche had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nasserredine Bouguerra. New Cordell's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ali Boniche was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 54 minutes into the game, Ali Boniche was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. East Porterville FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave New Cordell the free kick. After a rather tough play, East Porterville FC's Ali Boniche got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 55th minute, Mourad Macias reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Madjid Kerkar. The goal made the score 2-2. In the 59th minute, Mourad Macias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Belmadi Benmabrouk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mourad Macias got free with Madjid Kerkar in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nasserredine Bouguerra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boudjemaa Abdi in the 72nd minute of play. Belmadi Benmabrouk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Madjid Kerkar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th match minute, East Porterville FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmed Reda Chedda to maneuver through the defense. Ali Boniche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
