Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fateh Zarabi started the match with the kick off. After 5 played minutes Smackover got a freekick which was hit by Chakib Madjer. Salah Said made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hakim Souakri in the 8th minute of play. After 10 minutes, Jean-Baptiste Kerkar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Smackover and the Putnam District players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 10th match minute, Smackover was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jean-Baptiste Kerkar to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Smackover booed when Putnam District was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Slimane Dahleb didn't get a good kick on the ball. 17 minutes into the game, Smackover's Karim Kader nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Salah Said made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Fateh Zarabi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Putnam District's supporters rose to their feet, but Fateh Zarabi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Noureddine Nasro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee gave Putnam District a penalty, 24 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Noureddine Said, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Smackover's Noureddine Nasro. 1-1. If Hakim Souakri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Salah Said made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karim Kader in the 29th minute of play. Noureddine Nasro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fateh Zarabi in the 30th minute of play. After 34 minutes of play, Putnam District's Fateh Fadela made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Noureddine Nasro was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 38th minute, Cheb Megharia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Smackover's goal looked a bit too open when Krim Sifi came free, but Noureddine Nasro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Hakim Souakri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karim Kader to make the kick off. Hakim Souakri came free with the goalkeeper in the 53rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Salah Said could save by the left post. Noureddine Nasro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fateh Zarabi in the 55th minute of play. Salah Said made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hakim Souakri in the 59th minute. The supporters of Smackover booed when Putnam District was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fateh Fadela didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th minute of the match, Karim Kader tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Salah Said saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Fateh Zarabi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 74 played minutes Smackover got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Baptiste Kerkar. When Putnam District's Fateh Zarabi in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Smackover's goalie prevented a goal. When Cheb Megharia fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Putnam District's protests and gave Cheb Megharia a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Putnam District getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Cheb Megharia hit a great ball. Smackover's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Chakib Madjer in the 85th minute. Salah Said showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karim Kader in the 87th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, Putnam District's goalkeeper Salah Said had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hakim Souakri. Hakim Souakri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Salah Said made a huge save. Fateh Zarabi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noureddine Nasro having to interfere. Fateh Fadela blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Noureddine Nasro having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Putnam District had won after a very even match.
