Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the game, Mohammad Kaci Merbah was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. South El Monte's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leisure City AFC the free kick. When Anthar Kourichi came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Leisure City AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anthar Kourichi couldn't finish the play. François Medjani might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lazhar Amirouche. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. François Medjani ran back to his position shaking his head. Hachemi Meniri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lazhar Amirouche having to interfere. Hachemi Meniri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. South El Monte's Hachemi Meniri got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lazhar Amirouche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from François Medjani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. François Medjani scored 0-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lazhar Amirouche, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 33 minutes in the game, Yazid Mazzid fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ahmed Chedda having to interfere. South El Monte's François Medjani got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ahmed Chedda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mahmoud Boulahfane in the 41st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anthar Kourichi got free with Ahmed Chedda in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Yazid Mazzid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

After a rather tough play, South El Monte's Leon Messaoudi got a free kick in the 51st minute. Leisure City AFC's Anthar Kourichi got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 54th minute, Yazid Mazzid got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Anthar Kourichi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anthar Kourichi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmed Chedda having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Mahmoud Boulahfane got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mohammad Kaci Merbah struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Lazhar Amirouche didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for South El Monte. François Medjani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. South El Monte's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
