Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Faouzi Ammour kicked off to start the match. Hamza Saïd-Guerni kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. When Smail Benida came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the La Crescent fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Smail Benida couldn't finish the play. In the 6th minute Smail Benida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mourad Hamrouche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. La Crescent's Frantz Madouni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faouzi Ammour in the 7th minute of play. Mourad Hamrouche made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Mohammad Kaci Besseghir sent off a good shot on target. In the 11th minute Smail Benida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mourad Hamrouche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute, Tedj Aggoune fired a really elegant long shot, but Mourad Hamrouche threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. In the 14th match minute, Mahopac AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mohamed Boulahfane to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, Faouzi Ammour got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Crescent's goalkeeper Frantz Madouni, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 27th minute, Faouzi Ammour ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Frantz Madouni was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Mahopac AFC's zone, Mohammad Kaci Besseghir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mourad Hamrouche came out of the goal and Mohammad Kaci Besseghir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Mohammad Kaci Besseghir managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Crescent's supporters rose to their feet, but Mohammad Kaci Besseghir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mourad Hamrouche breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faouzi Ammour in the 37th minute of play forced La Crescent's goalkeeper Frantz Madouni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Billel Douibi hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. The supporters of La Crescent booed when Mahopac AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mohamed Boulahfane didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee gave La Crescent a penalty, 59 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Tedj Aggoune, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Mahopac AFC's Mourad Hamrouche. 1-1. If Ahmed Reda Dib had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mohamed Boulahfane's late challenge caught a La Crescent's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mohamed Boulahfane helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Mahopac AFC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Mohamed Boulahfane hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohammad Kaci Besseghir in the 68th minute of play forced Mahopac AFC's goalkeeper Mourad Hamrouche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 70 played minutes Mahopac AFC got a freekick which was hit by Hocine Amri. After a defensive mix-up in Mahopac AFC's zone, Mohammad Kaci Besseghir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mourad Hamrouche came out of the goal and Mohammad Kaci Besseghir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Smail Benida's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mourad Hamrouche read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. When La Crescent's Mohammad Kaci Besseghir in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ahmed Reda Dib fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frantz Madouni having to interfere. Faouzi Ammour did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Frantz Madouni 88 minutes into the match. If Faouzi Ammour had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Mohammad Kaci Besseghir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mahopac AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
