A collision led to Uvalde getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Parma FC's goalkeeper Krim Nabil, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 18 played minutes Parma FC got a freekick which was hit by Rabah Cherfa. 23 minutes into the match, Uvalde's goal looked a bit too open when Rachid Fergani came free, but Madhi Gourion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee showed Yacine Kaci Said the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bellemou Saïdi-Sief stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Madhi Gourion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rachid Fergani, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 55 minutes into the game, Uvalde's Bellemou Saïdi-Sief nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Krim Nabil made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rachid Fergani in the 95th minute of play forced Uvalde's goalkeeper Madhi Gourion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Parma FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
