Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Fort Collins FC's Edmond Mesbah started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nassim Belkheir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hocine Boutella took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tayeb Madouni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hocine Boutella stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tayeb Madouni's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. If Abdelaziz Méniri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Edmond Mesbah came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Fort Collins FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmond Mesbah couldn't finish the play. Fort Collins FC's Edmond Mesbah got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amrani Boulmerka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmond Mesbah, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Amrani Boulmerka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmond Mesbah in the 22nd minute of play. When Mohamed Ben Ibrir fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lancaster FC's protests and gave Mohamed Ben Ibrir a yellow card for diving instead. Abd el Bahari, 25 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Mohamed Ben Ibrir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hocine Boutella having to interfere. Tayeb Madouni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nassim Belkheir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tayeb Madouni was the one to do the kick off. In the last second Amrani Boulmerka throw himself and got hold of the ball when Edmond Mesbah in the 57thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Tayeb Madouni might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hocine Boutella. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tayeb Madouni ran back to his position shaking his head. Hocine Boutella showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tayeb Madouni, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 63rd minute, Nassim Belkheir got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Abdelaziz Méniri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edmond Mesbah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Amrani Boulmerka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Dida Drioueche managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fort Collins FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dida Drioueche was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amrani Boulmerka breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 80th minute, Edmond Mesbah got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 82 minutes into the match, Abdelaziz Méniri notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Lancaster FC's Amrani Boulmerka. Amrani Boulmerka was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 85th minute, Rafik Zéroual hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Tayeb Madouni's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hocine Boutella was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. 91 minutes into the match, Lancaster FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edmond Mesbah came free, but Amrani Boulmerka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hocine Boutella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nassim Belkheir in the 94th minute of play.
