After a defensive mix-up in Norridge AFC's zone, Mohamed Nasro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karim Sofiane came out of the goal and Mohamed Nasro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Karim Metref scored 0-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Greger Östensson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Greger Östensson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehdi Hadjadj in the 27th minute of play. Karim Metref fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Greger Östensson having to interfere. Norridge AFC's Karim Sofiane played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mohamed Nasro in the 37th minute of play. When Mohamed Nasro in the 40th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Karim Sofiane kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-1 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Hocine Morceli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karim Sofiane having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After 52 played minutes Norridge AFC got a freekick which was hit by Nasreddine Zaaf. Hocine Morceli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karim Sofiane having to interfere. When The Aland Islands Mz Club's Mohamed Nasro in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Norridge AFC's goalie prevented a goal. The Aland Islands Mz Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Mohamed Nasro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karim Sofiane breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 69th minute of the match The Aland Islands Mz Club got a corner. Norridge AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Márk Vígh ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 72nd minute, Ahmed Ahmed hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 73 played minutes Márk Vígh shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Norridge AFC's Karim Sofiane to catch but Márk Vígh was lucky. It became 2-1 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. In the 75th minute, Karim Metref got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mehdi Hadjadj fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Greger Östensson having to interfere. 83 minutes into the game, Nasreddine Zaaf was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Norridge AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Aland Islands Mz Club the free kick. Nasreddine Zaaf kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Mahmoud Guessoum's late challenge caught a Norridge AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mahmoud Guessoum helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of The Aland Islands Mz Club booed when Norridge AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmed Amara didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 95 minutes, Hocine Morceli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Aland Islands Mz Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hocine Morceli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
