Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Redha Arrache took the kick off in the first half of the match. Nasserredine Lacen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Belmadi Merah in the 4th minute of play. Chalmette's Belaid Moussa got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Chalmette's zone, Mohamed Dziri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nasserredine Lacen came out of the goal and Mohamed Dziri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Liamine Ben Khalidi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Nasserredine Lacen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Belmadi Merah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hicham Mecherara didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Chalmette's Belaid Moussa shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Liamine Ben Khalidi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nasserredine Lacen having to interfere. Nasserredine Lacen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belmadi Merah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute, Yazid Seghiri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Belaid Moussa came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Chalmette fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Belaid Moussa couldn't finish the play. Liamine Ben Khalidi struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Nasserredine Lacen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for University West FC. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Redha Arrache in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hicham Mecherara prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 49th minute Redha Arrache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hicham Mecherara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Belmadi Merah to make the kick off. Hicham Mecherara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Redha Arrache in the 54th minute of play. Belmadi Merah's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nasserredine Lacen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Chalmette's Jean-Michel Aggoune got a free kick in the 56th minute. If Liamine Ben Khalidi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When University West FC's Belmadi Merah in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chalmette's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of University West FC booed when Chalmette was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Noureddine Cherrad didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hicham Mecherara stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Redha Arrache's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Rachid Kerkar kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 78th minute of the match, Liamine Ben Khalidi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Nasserredine Lacen was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Belaid Moussa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 86 played minutes University West FC got a freekick which was hit by Belmadi Merah. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Belaid Moussa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chalmette's supporters rose to their feet, but Belaid Moussa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hicham Mecherara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Belaid Moussa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Belmadi Merah in the 95th minute of play forced Chalmette's goalkeeper Nasserredine Lacen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 97 minutes into the game, Chalmette's Belaid Moussa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hicham Mecherara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Chalmette were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of University West FC for a fine match.
