Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hocine Halimi to make the kick off. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bandon. After some careless play in the Bandon defense, Boudjemaa Camus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karim Brahmi. The Bandon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karim Brahmi should have stopped the shot. Abdel Karim Kerbouche could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Souad Piaf made a huge save. In the 65th minute, Mohamed Dahleb hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Burkburnett FC booed when Bandon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Souad Meriem didn't get a good kick on the ball.
