Karim Heddou received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ali Djahnine came out and tried to block the shot, but Karim Heddou slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 5th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hakim Messaoud in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yacine Benyamina prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Mahmoud Kouri fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Americus FC's protests and gave Mahmoud Kouri a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Blakely FC booed when Americus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mahmoud Kouri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yacine Benyamina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mahmoud Kouri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mahmoud Kouri in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yacine Benyamina saved Blakely FC from getting behind. In the 18thth minute of the game Hakim Messaoud who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Blakely FC's Yacine Benyamina was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Americus FC's Mahmoud Kouri got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mahmoud Kouri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yacine Benyamina having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Hakim Messaoud had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yacine Benyamina. Blakely FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hakim Messaoud was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abdelhamid Meniri got free with Ali Djahnine in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice moves Abdelhamid Meniri could shoot a difficult shot in the 33rd minute, which Ali Djahnine however easily saved by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Americus FC's zone, Abdelhamid Meniri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ali Djahnine came out of the goal and Abdelhamid Meniri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abdelhamid Meniri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute, Mahmoud Kouri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Mahmoud Kouri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the match, Hakim Messaoud notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Blakely FC's Yacine Benyamina. Yacine Benyamina was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Karim Heddou to strike the kick off in the second half. Yacine Benyamina stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mahmoud Kouri's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. If Hakim Messaoud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes into the match, Abdelhamid Meniri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ali Djahnine. One of Blakely FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Americus FC:s goal. The referee gave Americus FC a penalty, 89 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Yazid Hima, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Blakely FC's Yacine Benyamina. 2-4. Abdelhamid Meniri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Djahnine having to interfere.
