The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In a very dangerous position, a player in Park Rapids FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 4th minute. Penalty! Thelma Mimoun's late challenge caught a Etna AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thelma Mimoun helped the player get up and apologised. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Park Rapids FC's goalkeeper Jean Khadra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Karim Djebar kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. When Mustapha Bouazza came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Etna AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustapha Bouazza couldn't finish the play. Etna AFC's Karim Abdenouz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chih Saïdi-Sief in the 28th minute of play. Park Rapids FC's Jean Khadra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mourad Prévost in the 29th minute of play. After 31 minutes of play, Etna AFC's Mustapha Bouazza made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fawzi Boulahfane recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Park Rapids FC's zone, Mourad Prévost stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jean Khadra came out of the goal and Mourad Prévost tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Park Rapids FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 47th minute. Penalty! In the 50th minute there was a penalty for Etna AFC. Sofiane Hasni stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jean Khadra. 0-3. After the first half Etna AFC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Mustapha Bouazza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Jean Khadra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mustapha Bouazza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jean Khadra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. In the 68thth minute of the game Fawzi Boulahfane who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Etna AFC's Karim Abdenouz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mustapha Bouazza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Jean Khadra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Etna AFC booed when Park Rapids FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hocine Mansouri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Etna AFC's Mustapha Bouazza in the 80th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Jean Khadra was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Park Rapids FC through an amazing save. Mourad Prévost received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Jean Khadra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mustapha Bouazza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jean Khadra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mustapha Bouazza in the 87th minute. In the 87th minute, Abdelhamid Boutabout hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91stth minute of the game Mustapha Bouazza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Park Rapids FC's Jean Khadra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Etna AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
