Frantz Chedda charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Frantz Chedda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Grosse Pointe Farms FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Frantz Chedda hit a great ball. Rabah Messaoud struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Tedj Mazzid didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palm Bay FC. Moulay Faudel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tedj Mazzid having to interfere. Palm Bay FC's Abdel Zenia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mohamed Khadra in the 16th minute of play. Mohamed Khadra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdel Zenia having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Mohamed Khadra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Moulay Faudel in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tedj Mazzid, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rabah Messaoud was the one to do the kick off. Mehdi Kharroubi's late challenge caught a Grosse Pointe Farms FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The Palm Bay FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Grosse Pointe Farms FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
