Snohomish FC's Samir Belmadi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Snohomish FC from getting a goal against them. Mohamed Ben Dib kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. If Slimane Ibrir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Snohomish FC booed when Albany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zīn ud-Dīn Saïdi-Sief didn't get a good kick on the ball. 17 minutes into the game, Mimoun Ouid Daham cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Samir Belmadi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Snohomish FC's Samir Belmadi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Snohomish FC from getting a goal against them. Abdelkader Arrache took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jussef Hadjar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lakhdar Nima in the 27th minute of play forced Albany's goalkeeper Abdelkader Arrache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute Slimane Ibrir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samir Belmadi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Djamel Moussa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mimoun Ouid Daham could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Samir Belmadi made a huge save. If Slimane Ibrir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lakhdar Nima was the one to do the kick off. In the 65th minute Mimoun Ouid Daham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samir Belmadi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 66 minutes, Slimane Ibrir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Albany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Slimane Ibrir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Djamel Moussa charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Djamel Moussa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Jussef Hadjar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Snohomish FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jussef Hadjar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abdelkader Arrache breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Slimane Ibrir put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Samir Belmadi. In the 88th minute, Slimane Ibrir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Slimane Ibrir's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Samir Belmadi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Snohomish FC's zone, Medjadi Bruel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samir Belmadi came out of the goal and Medjadi Bruel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Snohomish FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Djamel Moussa hit a great ball.
