Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Salah Raï kicked off to start the match. Salah Raï scored 1-0 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rachid Menguellet, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jellico's Rachid Baba Ali Moll played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noureddine Ghazi in the 12th minute of play. The supporters of Sea Isle City booed when Jellico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ben Merbah didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute, Noureddine Ghazi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Madhi Belhagj could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Rachid Menguellet made a huge save. Madhi Belhagj's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rachid Menguellet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Sea Isle City's Rachid Menguellet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Sea Isle City from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Sea Isle City's Mohammed Merah-Benida got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute, Madhi Belhagj got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Salah Raï received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Rachid Menguellet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Fathi Harkat fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sea Isle City's protests and gave Fathi Harkat a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Sea Isle City getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Fathi Harkat hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Jellico's Ben Merbah got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Noureddine Ghazi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Rachid Baba Ali Moll tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abderraouf Larfaoui kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fathi Harkat to make the kick off. When Fathi Harkat came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Sea Isle City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fathi Harkat couldn't finish the play. Abderraouf Larfaoui lost his temper 74 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 73rd minute, one of Jellico:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Jellico. Chaba Merzekane shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Noureddine Ghazi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 82 minutes into the match, Jellico's goal looked a bit too open when Fathi Harkat came free, but Rachid Baba Ali Moll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Noureddine Megharia took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 90th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rachid Menguellet. Sea Isle City's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Madhi Belhagj recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Sea Isle City players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Jellico from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
