Abdelaziz Djebar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amar Kerbouche read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Guillaume Laurent Ahmed sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18th minute, Abdelaziz Djebar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amar Kerbouche was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After 22 played minutes Temecula FC got a freekick which was hit by Ali Khaled. Hammersmith FC's Chaba Sennaoui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdelmalek Amri in the 31st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mouloud Abdenouz got free with Chaba Sennaoui in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 39 minutes into the match, Hammersmith FC's goal looked a bit too open when Abdelmalek Amri came free, but Chaba Sennaoui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mouloud Abdenouz might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chaba Sennaoui. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mouloud Abdenouz ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mouloud Abdenouz got free with Chaba Sennaoui in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abdelaziz Djebar was the one to do the kick off. Fawzi Yahia's late challenge caught a Temecula FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fawzi Yahia helped the player get up and apologised. In the 51st minute, Fawzi Yahia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chaba Sennaoui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mouloud Abdenouz, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Chaba Sennaoui took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdelmalek Amri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the game, Guillaume Laurent Ahmed lined in a short shot 0-3 behind a frustrated Amar Kerbouche. In the 65th match minute, Temecula FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdelaziz Benchenaa to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdelaziz Djebar in the 68th minute of play forced Temecula FC's goalkeeper Amar Kerbouche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Abdelaziz Djebar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hammersmith FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Abdelaziz Djebar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amar Kerbouche breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 0-4 became the score in the 72nd minute when Abdelaziz Djebar elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Chaba Sennaoui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdelmalek Amri, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Temecula FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdelmalek Amri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdelaziz Djebar couldn't finish the play. Mouloud Abdenouz might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chaba Sennaoui. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mouloud Abdenouz ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 87 minutes, Abdelmalek Amri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Temecula FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdelmalek Amri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 89 minutes into the game, Ahmed Chadl was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hammersmith FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Temecula FC the free kick. After 88 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hammersmith FC! In the 90th minute there was a penalty for Temecula FC. Mahmoud Boukensa stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Chaba Sennaoui. 1-4. In the 96th minute, Guillaume Laurent Ahmed reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Amar Kerbouche. The goal made the score 1-5. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Hammersmith FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
