After a defensive mix-up in Snellville AFC's zone, Alain Brahmi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ali Oussar came out of the goal and Alain Brahmi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Madjid Piaf blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rachid Chebal having to make a save. If Alain Brahmi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rachid Chebal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Souad Assad in the 17th minute of play. If Madjid Piaf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Souad Assad in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rachid Chebal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 24 minutes, Hakim Besseghir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Snellville AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hakim Besseghir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fodil Malek during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Mountain Iron's Fodil Malek got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 33rd match minute, Snellville AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hakim Besseghir to maneuver through the defense. 35 minutes into the match, Mountain Iron's goal looked a bit too open when Madjid Piaf came free, but Rachid Chebal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rachid Chebal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Souad Assad in the 36th minute of the match. Alain Brahmi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Snellville AFC defense, Yazid Djaout kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ali Oussar. The Snellville AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ali Oussar should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yazid Djaout was the one to do the kick off. Snellville AFC's Ali Oussar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yazid Djaout in the 52nd minute of play. Rachid Chebal didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Snellville AFC's Souad Assad shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. 59 minutes into the match, Mountain Iron's goalkeeper Rachid Chebal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Madjid Piaf. Mountain Iron's Rachid Chebal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Souad Assad in the 60th minute of play. Yazid Djaout struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Ali Oussar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mountain Iron. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alain Brahmi in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ali Oussar saved Snellville AFC from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Madjid Piaf got free with Rachid Chebal in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rachid Chebal came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Snellville AFC's Souad Assad. But to his dismay, Souad Assad quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. A collision led to Mountain Iron getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Cheb Bentifour hit a great ball. In the 79th minute, one of Snellville AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Snellville AFC. Chadli Dahar shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The supporters of Snellville AFC booed when Mountain Iron was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fodil Malek didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of Snellville AFC booed when Mountain Iron was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cheb Bentifour didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rachid Chebal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Souad Assad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mountain Iron succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Snellville AFC had controlled the match.
