Mehdi Bilal started the match with the kick off. Said Lacen struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Walid Taha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aurora AFC. After having played for 18 minutes, Souad Akrour managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fullerton AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Souad Akrour was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mourad Bridji fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jean-Michel Bella having to interfere. Aurora AFC's Said Lacen got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Chaba Ben Khalidi kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Jussef Khalef kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Souad Akrour received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Jean-Michel Bella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 48 minutes, Jean-Michel Bella successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mourad Bridji was the one to do the kick off. Mourad Bridji took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jean-Michel Bella. Jean-Michel Bella dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Jean-Michel Bella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Souad Akrour in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mourad Bridji in the 57th minute of play forced Aurora AFC's goalkeeper Jean-Michel Bella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ismaïl Boufroura might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Walid Taha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ismaïl Boufroura ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Aurora AFC defense, Mourad Bridji kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jean-Michel Bella. The Aurora AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jean-Michel Bella should have stopped the shot. A hard shot 69 in the game by Said Lacen from a close distance when the talented Walid Taha managed to make a qualified save. Fullerton AFC's players were relieved. Walid Taha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehdi Bilal in the 70th minute of play. Jean-Michel Bella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mourad Bridji in the 79th minute of the match. Mourad Bridji sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Samir Mérah-Benida kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mourad Bridji in the 84th minute of play forced Aurora AFC's goalkeeper Jean-Michel Bella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ismaïl Boufroura's late challenge caught a Fullerton AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ismaïl Boufroura helped the player get up and apologised. After a defensive mix-up in Aurora AFC's zone, Souad Akrour stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jean-Michel Bella came out of the goal and Souad Akrour tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Souad Akrour received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Jean-Michel Bella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
