Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Claxton's goalkeeper Rafik El-Ouafi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Krim Hanin. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Claxton's goalkeeper Rafik El-Ouafi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Madhi Madouni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 8th minute, Ahmed Faudel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th minute, Madhi Madouni got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Claxton booed when Southgate AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamza Kourichi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abdulhamid Ammour kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Faouzi Khalef received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Rafik El-Ouafi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abdulhamid Ammour sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute, Camel Madjer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hamid Mansouri was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 33 played minutes Claxton got a freekick which was hit by Nourredine Lemoui. After recieving a nice pass, Southgate AFC's Mebarek Kourichi tried to score from far away in the 34th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 36th minute, Nourredine Lemoui hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Khair ad-Din Bella came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Southgate AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Khair ad-Din Bella couldn't finish the play. Faouzi Khalef fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafik El-Ouafi having to interfere. Rafik El-Ouafi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Krim Hanin in the 43rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Madhi Madouni in the 47th minute of play forced Southgate AFC's goalkeeper Hamid Mansouri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The supporters of Claxton booed when Southgate AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamza Kourichi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mohammad Kaci Benaouf was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 56th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When Abdulhamid Ammour came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Claxton fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdulhamid Ammour couldn't finish the play. Madhi Madouni took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hamid Mansouri. Hamid Mansouri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. If Krim Hanin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Abdulhamid Ammour had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Claxton's Abdulhamid Ammour in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Southgate AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Hamid Mansouri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nourredine Lemoui, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute.
